The 2009 Clarendon Law Lectures - Oxford University were held over two days Wednesday 4 November and Thursday 5 November 2009 at The Gulbenkian Lecture Theatre St Cross Building St Cross Road, Oxford OX13UL . Professor Hugh Beale - University of Warwick - presented his lectures on 'Defining the Issues', 'Mistake and non-disclosure of facts: Models for English Contract Law' and 'Possible Models for English Law'.
