Short Courses for Military Lawyers

The PIL group organizes short courses for lawyers serving in the armed services and in related government departments. The courses cover questions of the legality of the use of force, the Law of Armed Conflict and International Humanitarian Law, the Law of the Sea, and International Dispute Settlement, among other topics. The course are run by members of the PIL Group including Professors Berman, Goodwin-Gill, Lowe, Sarooshi and Talmon, Dr MacKenzie and Mr Akande.
