Dr Martins Paparinskis is a Junior Research Fellow at Merton College. His law degrees are LL B (University of Latvia), M Jur with Distinction, M Phil with Distinction and D Phil (Oxon). He has been a Hauser Research Scholar at the New York University. His research addresses contemporary challenges to sources of law, treaty interpretation, State responsibility and dispute settlement, particularly in the context of international economic law.
