Case Law
The Curiawebsite contains the text of all cases since June 1997 with links to earlier cases on CELEX, the full legal database of the European Union. Justis, LexisNexis Butterworths and Westlaw all draw data from the main version of CELEX.
The Common Market Law Reports
This report series contains judgments of the European Court of Justice, the Court of First Instance, the EC Commission, the EFTA Court and English, Scottish and Irish cases applying EC law as well as other important cases from the national courts and tribunals across the European Union. These are available from 1962 in Westlaw and by CD-Rom via the library databases page.
European Court Reports
The European Court Reports (ECR) are available in several different databases, all of which are available via the Bodleian Law Library website. European Court of Human Rights Decisions are available on all these databases, as are a variety of subject European Union reports. The easiest way to search for ECJ reports is by case number.

Legislation
All European Union legislation is available via Eur-lex on the EU website, Justis, LexisNexis Butterworths and Westlaw. Coverage in these sources is similar, with all content being drawn from the official full-text database of the European Union (CELEX). CELEX provides legislation, case law, national provisions implementing directives, preparatory documents and parliamentary questions. Justis Celex is very comprehensive, and arguably the easiest source of EU law to use.
Using the Eur-lex EU website, or Justis, Lexis or Westlaw, find the Council Decision 2002/334/EC by using the Guided Search for legislation.
