Our colleague Sally Ball, who taught at Brasenose College and later at Trinity College in Oxford, died suddenly at the age of 34 in 2001. A public lawyer and employment lawyer with European and comparative interests, she was closely involved in the work of the Institute. In celebration of her life and her contribution, the Institute dedicates its first working paper series to her memory.
