bullet The  Oxford Civil Justice Survey was conducted in 2008. It aimed to establish the extent to which perceptions of differences between national civil justice systems affect the choice of the proper law of contract and the choice of forum for dispute resolution in cross-border transactions and to identify which differences in national civil justice systems are perceived as important and accordingly deserve the attention of policy makers.
